Assemble Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering engaging, STEAM-based programs in-person as well as virtually. They actively engage to build a culture of making and inquiry. They work with and report back to the In-House Programs Manager on Assemble’s current program offerings, to explore new program opportunities, and to help expand the organization’s capacity to fulfill its mission and vision.  This person will teach throughout the week with some potential weekend hours.  This person will be a lead teacher as well as collaborate with Assemble coordinators and teachers to deliver programming and lessons. They are responsible for delivering programs based on Assemble’s themes as well as remixing and creating new ones based on contemporary topics in STEAM  to build a culture of making and inquiry.

Evaluation Manager

Assemble is seeking an Evaluation Manager to oversee the monitoring, evaluation, research and learning functions (MERL) across the organization. The Evaluation Manager will oversee the monitoring and evaluation of Assemble programs, ensuring program effectiveness and impact through data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position will also lead research initiatives guided by Assemble’s pedagogy and values, foster a culture of learning within Assemble, and translate research findings into actionable insights that inform program development and improve our impact. 

Board of Directors

Assemble is a nonprofit dedicated to fostering learning and creativity, is searching for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join their board of Directors.

Directors provide leadership in the oversight and execution of Assemble’s Strategic Plan in a volunteer yet purposeful capacity.

Board Members are the decision-makers and ambassadors of the organization. It is important that they share Assemble’s vision for arts, STEAM education, the Maker movement, and community outreach. Board candidates should be ready to help the organization grow as part of a working Board.
