Join us for our Week of Awesome and try out our after school and Saturday programs! Assemble is hosting a free preview week of all our Fall After School and Saturday programs! This is a great chance to come in, check it out, and sign up here! All programs that are being showcased are also FREE!!!! Come Tuesday to explore your inner scientist or engineer! Wednesday will be our Time Travel Learning Party, great for curious minds of all ages! Thursday, get your digital media mastery on! That Saturday afternoon will be the blast off into the classic Saturday Crafternoons! Snack are provided for all events. Family members welcome! Most afterschool programs are geared towards kids in 4-8th grade. Snacks are provided at all programs.

This girls-only program takes a fresh fun look at robotics, science, digital media, and art! Meet local experts and work on projects that can change the world around you!
Tuesday 9/22 4pm – 6pm Assemble After School – Imaginative Engineering Grades 1rst – 8th
Come Tuesday to explore your inner scientist or engineer! Blow something up! Meet dancing spiders and researchers from the University of Pittsburgh. Or redesign a helmet! The possibilities are infinite!
Wednesday 9/23 4pm – 6pm Time Travel Learning Party! ALL AGES! Familys and toehr after school groups are welcome to join, too!
Ever wished you could travel back in time (or back to the future)? Are you a history buff, or a futurist? Having trouble remembering what life was like before touch screens, or interested in learning where technology might lead us? Travel back or forward in time with Assemble for our Time Travel Learning Party and learn about all things old and new! This event is free and open to all ages – we invite kids and grown-ups and everyone in between! Fun, hands-on activities will be led by local makers, scientists, artists, and technologists. All materials provided.
Thursday 9/24 4pm – 6pm Tech you out! Grades 1rst – 8 th
Want to make an app? Hack something? Program in scratch Students in the program are inspired to create and teach one another throughout the making process hacking and remixing. Try your hand at game design using MIT’s Scratch and more! Make multiple projects and will learn to create and design with new and exciting resources like the Digital Corps.
Saturday 9/26 1pm – 4pm Saturday Crafternoons! Grade 1 – 8
Spend your Saturday afternoons making something! Meet local makers and colloaborate with community parters! Build a little free library! Design a board game with game designers! You can work on things that make a different in the community.
