Community Robotics, Education And Technology Empowerment
This May, come see for yourself:
Count pollution particles in the air you breathe and the water you drink. Follow electricity inside an electronic toy, or under the hood of an electric car. Hear what students think about their school, and what changes they demand. Join the conversation.
See robots interpreting poetry, light and temperature, explaining anatomy, or telling a story about Garfield, the neighborhood. Add your own voice to the story, and your own robot to the show.
During May, Assemble gallery will showcase projects by CREATE Lab’s community partners, and robotic technologies developed at the lab. The Community Robotics, Education and Technology Empowerment Lab (CREATE Lab) explores socially meaningful innovation and deployment of robotic technologies. CREATE Lab partners use and assemble such technologies to measure, express, share, advocate and change – by making visible what is often invisible.
