PAPER CRAFTS WITH JULIA BROWN @ SATURDAY CRAFTERNOONS
On Saturday, January 31st Assembler Julia Brown (Julia teaches our Assemble Afterschool program) led Saturday Crafternoons participants in a variety of paper craft activities! Participants had the opportunity to make zines, hanging 3-D snowflakes, origami, fortunetellers, and bookmarks!
The zine station was popular throughout the workshop. Zines are short D.I.Y. magazines.
The kids also spent a great deal of time perfecting origami figures and creating the ever so classic fortunetellers.
Thanks so much to Julia for coming!
